Jeff Whittle is the Founder of Whittle & Partners, a Dallas-based consulting boutique dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, owners and leadership teams build better businesses.
Jeff practiced law in Dallas for 15 years before moving into a business development role with Co-Counsel in 1997. He ultimately managed the southeastern United States for the company and in 1999 was named Chief Technology Officer. Jeff went on to lead web services and business development at jobs.com, an on-line employment recruiting start-up funded by CBS, Hunt Capital Investments, IdeaLab and premier Dallas individual venture capital investors. He later served as Executive Vice-President for The Pinnacle Corporation, where he led strategic planning, product development and management, strategic alliances and marketing for a national leader in convenience-store automation. In 2004 Jeff was named CEO at Royal Cameron Corporation, a vertically integrated educational furniture manufacturer selling product throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. He left Royal in late 2010 and launched Whittle & Partners in 2011.
In 2012 Jeff was named by the U.S. Department of Commerce to the National Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence Award. He is certified in Strategic Business Leadership Coaching, Board Facilitation, and Mediation/Dispute Resolution, and is one of a handful of people designated by EOS Worldwide as a Professional Implementer for The Entrepreneurial Operating System.
Jeff has served on the North Texas Executive Committee for the March of Dimes and is the former chairman of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Arlington. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Southern Methodist School of Law, and currently volunteers as a Big Brother in Dallas. He is a slow runner, an average guitar-player, and makes Dallas’ best martini. Jeff has three children and lives in Dallas with his wife Polly.
