For more than twenty-five years, Henry’s practice has focused on corporate finance and securities transactions. His practice encompasses corporate negotiations, equity and debt financings, securities regulatory compliance, entity structuring and formation, corporate governance and a variety of contracting matters. Henry also works closely with entrepreneurial and high-growth clients to develop effective financial and operational strategies, identify acquisitions, establish acquisition valuations, structure and negotiate acquisition terms and conduct due diligence reviews.

Henry is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. Prior to law school, he earned his undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University, where he graduated with highest honors and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society.
